The T-128 is an electromechanical siren produced by American Signal Corporation. It is one of four sirens in Tempest Siren Series line. This siren is wildly famous for its low penetrating tone by the 8 port rotor. The design is super efficient and is known to be heard miles away, even though it's not rated to do so. The siren was originally developed by Alerting Communicators of America shortly before their bankruptcy in 1993. The design was later taken to Excel Alerting Communicators by Jim Biersach and Dale Moeller before they bought American Signal Corporation back from Hörmann GmBH.
